Manifesting with the Law of Attraction


The Law of Attraction is one of the 12 universal laws. It says that the universe responds and creates from the energy and thoughts we put out. This means we will attract things in our lives according to the vibration we are in.  If our thoughts are negative, then we are in a low vibration and that's the energy we will attract. Having positive thoughts and visualizing positive outcomes keeps us in a high vibration and will attract positive energy. Keeping ourselves in a high vibration is how we can use the Law of Attraction to manifest the life that we want. 

Here are 5 ways to manifest using the Law of Attraction:

  1. Visualize your desired outcome: Use your imagination to see yourself achieving your goal. Allow yourself to feel the emotions associated with it as if it has ALREADY happened.  

  2. Focus on positive thoughts and beliefs: Believe that you can achieve your goal and that you can create the life you want. Know that you have that power! Redirect all negative self talk or negative thinking into positive statements about yourself and your capabilities. 

  3. Take inspired action: Take steps towards your goal and trust that the universe will support you in achieving it. Everyday celebrate even the little things you have done and be proud of yourself! Know you are moving closer and closer to your goals all the time. 

  4. Practice gratitude: Express gratitude for what you already have and what you are manifesting. This helps attract more positive things to be thankful for.

  5. Let go of resistance: Release any doubts, fears or negative beliefs that may be blocking your manifestation. Trust in the process and have faith that the universe is working in your favor.  If something feels like a misstep, it's not! Trust that the universe is always sending you in the direction you need to go. If it didn't work out, it wasn't for you, or it was meant to be a learning experience.
