Manifesting Journaling Method

Manifestation is a practice that uses the Law of Attraction to align yourself with the people, places, and things that you asked for. There are many techniques, from journaling to creating vision boards to positive affirmations.

One of the most straightforward techniques is journaling. Journaling is a method that involves you writing in your journal describing what kind of life you want. It’s like whispering to oneself and listening at the same time. Journaling will focus your energy and attention on specific outcomes to attract what you want into your life. There are many manifestation journaling techniques out there.

Here are some of them:

1. Gratitude Journaling – every day, you’ll write down what you are grateful for, one thing that has gone well in your life, one thing that you are uncertain of, and one thing you are dreaming of.

2. 55 x 5 method – The number five is the number of changes and transformations. Think of one thing you’re manifesting, and you will write an affirmation that goes with that manifestation 55 times for five days in a row. Each time you write the affirmation, feel the energy in your body. For example, if you want a new job or a promotion at work, the affirmation you might say is, “I attract new opportunities with ease.” Each time you write this affirmation, feel the energy of it in your body.

3. 33 x 3 Journaling is the same process as 55 x 5, but you write the affirmation 33 times for three days in a row. The number 3 represents aligning yourself with your soul purpose and divine connections, manifesting something more connected to your soul and inner peace.

4. Write a love letter to yourself - This technique will tap into self-love. “Dear Me” and go through all the reasons you love yourself. Explore and elaborate on how amazing you are.

5. Scripting / “As if” journaling – Law of assumption which states, “I’m assuming that I’ve already manifested the thing and I’m in the energy of the thing right now. In this moment, even while I’m still manifesting it.” When you use this technique, you write as though it’s already happened. Write as if you’ve already been asked out on a date by the hottest person ever! As if you’ve already gone on the dream vacation. Or you’ve already gotten the promotion network.

6. 10 / 10 / 10 worksheet – write down 1 through 10 in your journal three times. In the first section of 1 through 10, you will write your top 10 most exciting desires. The next section of 1 through 10 will be the top 10 things you are most grateful for. Lastly, you’ll write 1 through 10 for the third time and write your top 10 things you love to do.

7. 3, 6, 9 method – This has been trending on social media. You’ll write down your manifestation three times. For example, write down “new car” three times. Then you’ll write down your intention six times. For example, “I am receiving a new 2023 Audi A5.” 6 times. Then you will write down a statement claiming your manifestation & express gratitude 9 times. For example, “I have a 2023 Audi A5. Thank you, God and Universe!” 9 times.

There are many Manifestation Journaling techniques, but the essential part is to remember that it is a personal practice. Have an intention and feel that your manifestation has already worked out. Feel free to experiment and find the methods that work best for you.
