5 Crystals that Help with Self-Love

Updated: Feb 25, 2023

Self-love is vital to keeping your mind, body and spirit balanced as you move through life. Crystals can be great tools to add to your self-love practice. They can aid in healing your body and help you with aligning your chakras. Crystals can also be great at cleansing, grounding, and protecting your energy. You can work with crystals by: wearing them, sleeping with them under your pillow, meditating with them, and placing them on a particular chakra or area of the body that needs healing or cleansing.

Here are 5 crystals that can specifically help you with Self-Love:

  1. Rose Quartz: This light pink stone is known for unconditional love. It helps us to love ourselves as well as others. It can aid with self forgiveness and acceptance of who we are. It can generate trust in ourselves and increase our self worth, making it a perfect stone for increasing self-love.

  2. Amethyst: This purple crystal is great to use during meditation. It aids in calming the mind and reducing stress, which can help rid ourselves of negative self-talk. This allows us to have space for positive self-talk and facilitate self-love.

  3. Citrine: This yellow crystal helps us step into our own power. It helps us to think optimistically, trust our own abilities and increases our self confidence. Stepping into our power can inspire us to love ourselves on a deeper level.

  4. Clear Quartz: This crystal is known as the “master healer” and can help to clear blockages and restore overall balance. This is also a great crystal for energetic protection, which can help us set healthy boundaries. Setting boundaries is essential for self- love because it allows us to connect with our own energy without the influence of everyone else’s.

  5. Green Aventurine: This green stone can harmonize our thoughts and can foster a sense of calm and wellbeing. Green Aventurine also helps us to determine what brings us true happiness and inspires us to do what we love. Doing what makes us happy honors what is in our hearts and is a form of self-love.
